Step Into Mindful Meditations on Monday at Palencia Amenity Center - INTRO LEVEL AND ALL LEVELS
Mindful Meditation is the art of giving the mind a gentle focus and creating ease and awareness. Mindfulness is designed to quiet the mind and creating a greater sense of clarity and harmony within the body.

As Summer is upon us it is a time to set goals of new ideas and listen to our dreams. Through the process of Mindful Meditation you will learn to quiet the mind and find vitality, calmness and ability to focus.
Join Nancy as she guides us through different varieties of Mindful Meditation that you can practice in home and in class to achieve a greater sense of wellness, thoughtfulness, happiness, joyfulness and greater clarity.
When: Join us at the Amenity Center on Monday’s from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. Four week class for $50- Individual classes-$15 drop in rate.
Dates: Mondays February 17th and 24th & March 2nd and 9th

Nancy is a Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, IET Teacher and Healing Practitioner. She comes with many decades of experience working with children, teens and adults to offer this relaxing and soothing class in Meditation that will benefit all who open to the many practices of Meditation.
