What is Functional Stretch?
This 55-minute class is designed to improve your body’s natural mobility and flexibility through purposeful, full-range movements. Guided by calming music, you’ll flow through dynamic and functional stretch techniques—like controlled torso rotations, standing hip openers, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretches—targeting multiple muscle groups to help you move more freely in everyday life. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class supports joint health, reduces stiffness, and promotes a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
