Description
Tai chi – A combination of healthful exercise in movement, martial arts and meditation. Movements in what are called tai chi forms are typically slow and gentle, and there is no physical contact between participants in the class. There is an emphasis on controlled deep breathing, maintaining balance during movement and a meditative state of mind during practice sessions.
