Description of the classes listed below the fitness schedule. The schedule may be subject to change.

Classes are 1 hour unless specified otherwise and are designed to accommodate all levels.  Please allow yourself a full hour.  Equipment and supplies are available.  We respectfully request that you clean your equipment after use.

Class Descriptions

Cardio Calorie Blaster - A medium intensity class that is a creative blend of cardio and body weight moves that will get you moving  and burning up calories! Each class will end with an ab/core component and a total body stretch!

Core and Cardio- The cardio portion is a walking routine (weather permitting).   Always wear proper footwear.  Closed toe shoes are advised.

Extreme Burn- (80 min) High Intensity interval training. Full body sculpting with weights. Low to high impact, Great for both men and women. Cardio, Strength, and Endurance. (High impact)

FIT - Resistance training using compound movements with a strong focus on body awareness and exercise technique to develop strength, increase mobility and improve balance. A variety of equipment will be used in this class

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

Kid's Fitness Class - a class for kids ages 7-14 that increases strength, flexibility, and mobility with the use of body-weight and other forms of resistance. and shoes.

Pilates- provides overall strengthening, toning, and stretching engaging the body’s core. (Low impact)

Pilates Barre- a blend of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet Strength with a strong focus on core development

Senior Stretch- a class for everyone. This class will focus on balance, posture, light weight work, low impact aerobics and stretches. The goal of this class is to rehab you before you need it.

Senior Strength Class - This class is a workout designed to take the guesswork out of your strength training program. This no frills class targets every major muscle group and builds your strength week over week. It also improves Balance, Agility, Coordination and Core Power. All levels are welcome.

Senior Wellness - This class is a low-intensity exercise program for a beginner level and for those who are starting, restarting or desire to maintain their fitness and wellness. It focuses on improving muscular strength, stability (balance) and endurance utilizing Therabands, Light weights, a soft ball and a chair for support. NO FLOOR EXERCISES are offered in this class. It's a great program for those who wants to take the first step in to a guided Fitness Program.

Soul Body and Barre- a one hour, mindfully intense class broken down into 9 blocks of dynamic exercises using small isometric movements that work deep into the muscle, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga and the intense power of dance.

Spin class- An instructor guides you through the workout phases. The workout will be set to motivating music and will be a combination of warm-up, steady up-tempo that runs thru sprints, climbs and, cool downs, etc... You have control over the intensity of your own bike throughout. *Prior sign up is required.

Sweat - A medium to high intensity class that will get you moving!! We will be using different combinations of moves such as body weight exercises, plyometrics, ropes, bands, ladders and/or intervals. Although this is an intense class modifications can be given to reduce impact if that’s preferable for you. This is a good class for anyone that’s looking to improve their cardio conditioning and lose or maintain their weight!

Tabata GX - A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength, with a calorie burn that can last hours after class.  The class utilizes a combination of weights combined with your own body resistance and plyometrics.

Tai Chi- Tai Chi has many health benefits, especially improved balance and fall prevention. Tai Chi can be made more challenging for experienced students, or toned down to be easier for those with more limited physical condition, while still providing the benefits. 

Therapeutic Stretch - A blend of stretching, yoga and corrective exercises that focuses imbalance in the body.   This class is rated E/M

Torch Class - Are you ready to get your sweat on? Melt off some serious calories with this intense cardio strength training interval combo class. Finish work and then come workout with us.  This class is rated as a moderate to hard level of exercise.

Tone and Stretch- Light weights combined with gentle stretching to tone the body. (Low impact Cardio)

Zumba-is based on Latin, international and popular music and dance moves but you don't have to be a dancer! Whether you want to lose weight, get in shape, or just be a healthier you, Zumba is the class for you! Come join the party.
